GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • The 1 Hotel charges a $95.00 (plus tax) daily resort fee paid directly to hotel upon arrival. Resort fees are waived for bookings 30 days or longer. • Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate. • Room service is not available. • Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. This place is truly remarkable. Great stay for 5 nights. The condo was in excellent condition and the views from the condo were amazing!
