Communication with the host early on was great. There was issues with miscommunication with myself, the host and whoever answers the phone when you call the “property” with being able to drop our bags off before check in. It was very frustrating but ended up working out. We stayed with 18 people and it was very comfortable inside and out! Beds were very comfortable and lots of bathrooms were clutch. The pool was extremely hot due to it being connected to the overflowing hot tub and wasn’t nice for 90 degree weather. The backyard was fun and very accommodating for a group to enjoy all the area. The biggest issue was the air conditioning broke for upstairs our last night which was terrible but it was 1am and the host didn’t answer which was understandable for the time. Make sure you’re okay with 30-45 minute drives to downtown/south beach and sometimes longer when traffic is bad. There also was not enough towels for the weekend. Each room only had 2 with no extras for pool and bath. The house was cleaned up but not very clean. There were crumbs on the kitchen floors and the pool had not been vacuumed or skimmed. We tried to adjust the temp on the fridge because our drinks and food were not staying cold. Overall, it was a good stay but wouldn’t do it again.
