Room was clean and had great views of the waterways and park in the distance. Pleasant surprise of Chardonnay in fridge and had all resources necessary to relax far from home. Shower was spacious with good water pressure. Free parking with stay was ESSENTIAL. That’s why we stayed here. Entire community is clean, luxurious and within walking distance to all restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc. Bed is a rid stiff, but everything else 5 stars!would definitely come back next time in coconut grove

such a great location / Arya is tired and needs updating all around - no restaurant, pool area isn't very clean with a makeshift bar - the place itself had a few things that needed upgrading because of broken countertop, etc - all in all, we had a great time

This is a really nice property, but be careful with the cleaning deposit! The rooms are pretty simple, but the views and the pool area are beautiful and peaceful. We were happy to find that the windows opened to a lovely sea breeze and mostly opted for the fresh air over the AC. This resulted in them keeping the 200 cleaning deposit for having to do more extensive cleaning due to exposure to humidity. Most of what was listed seemed to me like things that should be done anyway, like mopping the floor and cleaning the surfaces. I feel like they should keep the windows locked if they don't want you to open them, or provide a warning that they shouldn't be open without risking a cleaning fee. It wasn't for this unfortunate ending, we would have really liked this place.

Short stay for Research meeting at UM

I came in for a short research meeting at the University of Miami (RSMAS). The location was excellent with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The customer service was excellent with the management group. They checked in at each step of the stay - arrival and check-in, during the stay and checkout. The rooms had all the amenities that one could need and the views were amazing. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and had everything that I needed.

Loved the Location

Really l enjoyed how parking was included, we could walk or take public transit anywhere we wanted to go in the Miami area, and when we wanted to drive to the Keys it was a great home base! Really comfortable stay! Enjoyed the pool, but most of all the view of the ocean. Best part for me was opening the window in the morning and watching the sun rise from the bed! Perfect!

Poor customer service, clean room, amazing hotel amenities, impractical to sleep here. The room is exactly as pictured. I really enjoyed the hotel staff, the waterfall shower, and the toiletries (smells amazing)! However…Keep in mind, the room is directly across from a baseball field with 4 huge stadium lights, and yes, they stay on ALL night. We stayed for two nights and without blackout shades or curtains, there was so much light coming in it made sleeping difficult for us all. No help from the rude host (asking if they can help in anyway is more of an insincere obligation on their part). Per the host, the shades are not meant to block sunlight but should block out streetlight (they don’t and I guess there goes sleeping in). The bathroom/ shower also smelled of mold. Besides that, it was a decent stay. If we were to stay again, we would opt for a different apartment (they all had blackout curtains) or book through the hotel directly.

Gorgeous view of Biscayne Bay and nearby marinas. Right in the heart of Coconut Grove. Just park and walk everywhere. Room very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed.

Great place! Great location!

My wife and I really enjoyed our short stay. The place was super clean and the rainfall shower was awesome! The neighborhood was really great too with a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was nice and view of the boats in the harbor was a pleasure to look at! Beautiful View

Great quaint condo in coconut grove. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view was outstanding! Also the pool is very nice to lay out and also enjoy the great view. Staying again in March.
