"From the moment we arrived at Royal Maxim Palace Kapinski until we left 6 days later we were treated like family. The concierge arranged our lost baggage to be delivered to the hotel and helped us plan a Nile dinner cruise. The restaurants, particularly Lucca, have 5 star menus. The spa experience was one of the better ones I have had and prices were reasonable. The staff on the whole goes out of their way to make sure every aspect of your stay is top rate. No complaints."

"We booked this place because it said it has 24 shuttle available, we book just for one night as we had our flight at 3am in the morning. When we arrived, the whole hotel smell weird, like old. The reception guy insisted I had to pay for the shuttle ($15) when uber confort was charging like 300 EGP, then they told me I had to stay 3 days to have the shuttle and after fight for my rights and what I paid for, they accepted to give me the shuttle because I won’t needed the breakfast. Then the room was weird, bed so hard. Bathroom situation just terrible! It was pee con the toilet, you have to shower on a weird structure , use a non clean carpet , no door for the bathroom , if you have to poo, the other person will see you, like wth I didn’t understand nothing. Honestly this is no even worth it for a night out "
