Charming villa with character, spacious and peaceful. Located 150 meters away from the Lake of Annecy and 300 metres away from the shops and the village of Menthon Saint-Bernard. Activities at 5 minutes walking: beach, sailing, diving, tennis court, water skiing and golf. The village of Menthon is perfectly located to visit the Haute-Savoie region. Splendid hikes can be enjoyed in the mountains. Ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand are at approximately 20 min away by car. Beautiful 6000 m² tree park. The house is very well equipped as it is a main residence. Perfect rental for large families with children. The large terrace out looking over the park is particularly comfortable. This house will be appreciated by those who appreciate the charm of old furniture. The city of Annecy is 9 km away and Genève is 40 km away.
