MENDIONDE - C609: Detached house accommodating up to 8 people, located at the entrance to the village of Mendionde, just 30 minutes from the Basque coast, this beautiful home is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. Enjoy the 2,040m² garden and the views of the Basque mountains.

The ground floor offers one large bedroom (queen-size bed) with an adjoining dressing room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. A large living room with TV is adjacent to the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). A laundry room with washing machine and garden equipment (deck chairs, etc.) is also available. Upstairs, there is a library area (board games, etc.) with a small balcony, three large bedrooms with queen-size beds, and a shower room with toilet.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency)
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available)
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- Towels/person/week: €8.
