Welcome to Bloom by the Bend, a private waterfront estate in Tooradin, just one hour from Melbourne. Set along a winding river bend with expansive open land and water views, this peaceful retreat is designed for weekend getaways, family stays, and meaningful time together away from the city.

The home sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families and groups looking for space, privacy, and beautiful natural surroundings. Wake up to birdsong and morning light over the water. Spend the day kayaking along the river bend, exploring the open land, or relaxing with your group in the spacious, light-filled home.
