Lovely hotel.

Great hotel. Stayed three nights. Lovely room and very clean. Close to shops, restaurants and only a twenty minute walk to Rod Laver arena. Staff were great, especially Claudia, who was so lovely and helpful. Will definitely stay here next time

Really enjoyed my stay - I checked into a room, where I could hear a static sound and I let the staff know who promptly swapped my room. Very grateful for such accommodations to be made for sensory issues, due to this, I will be back!

Exceptional location and amenties. The superb contemporary decor is fun and relaxed. We booked a king corner which is 35sq which was spacious for our needs. It has a huge bath and walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The room was very quiet and the gorgeous curtains made it dark for sleeping in the soooo comfortable bed. The service was brilliant and the staff super friendly. The digital concierge was excellent and digital check in and out was super convenient. There are a few things I feel could be improved. Access to the rooftop pool is via stairs after exiting the lift and may be difficult if for anyone with mobility issues. Also, I would have liked a greater selection of in room food service options after 10pm. However, there is a fabulous mini bar!! Overall an excellent stay.

The location was excellent for our visit to the Princess Theatre. The room was very clean and fixtures/fittings were in new condition. We booked a Deluxe Room with King Bed and were happy with it for our 1 night stay, although it was on the small side, especially the bathroom. We would use the hotel again for a 1-2 night stay and the location is great for the theatre district.
