This property really surprised me, I wasn't expecting more than a standard Quest, but this place is lovely, its clean, spacious, very comfortable bed, linen, quality pillows and towels and the Shampoo & Conditioner is MOR so no need to BYO. The customer service is solid and whilst the parking is $20 per night its very convenient and easily accessible from the basement to your room. As a solo traveller safety is important and I did feel safe in this property. I have just booked again for my next business trip

The 2 bedroom apartment was great value for money. The amenities were great. Staff were kind and made sure our needs were met, even before we arrived - calling us prior to our stay to confirm our room and parking. Location is great - close to shops, parks, restaurants, etc.

The thing that makes Quest Glen Waverley so outstanding is the customer service. The woman who checked me in could not do enough to help me and was incredibly patient and accomodating. The property is a little worn in places but always well cleaned and maintained

Beds were very comfortable. Such ashame there were little black hairs on bed and around bath! Very noisy traffic and messy construction. Dirty walls and upcoming carpet. Room 307 needs a major renovation! Staff lovely though.

I have been staying in a lot of quest apartments in Melbourne on Business. There are a few I like, but Glen Waverley is definitely my favourite. The staff here are great and very friendly, location is great as you have access to a lot of the main roads you need to get around. The one bedroom apartments feel very spacious, would stronly recommend a stay here.
