The room was ok. Clean. But not the one I had paid for. The manager eventually contacted me after I had rang the front desk to inquire why I had been given a different room. She said that there had been a ‘computer glitch’ and because they were at capacity she would give me a small refund. I had to ask her for an apology which was resentfully given. She could have offered a bottle of wine or something?! Won’t be staying there again.

The room was spacious and very clean. Reception is welcoming and staff are friendly. Great location. The only thing that could be improved was the front door entrance needed a clean and the hallway needed a vacuum and possibly new carpet in a couple of hallway areas. I understand this was the Christmas period, so we considered ourselves to be fortunate the room was cleaned daily. The room was fantastic

The location was perfect for my meetings but could be difficult for tourists as the site is well out of the city. The rooms were excellent, clean and spacious and the check in was very efficient. Parking was also a breeze. Will stay there again.

The Sebel staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows so very comfy! We went for breakfast to Town and Country cafe which was within walking distance from The Sebel. Parking was secure and so very reasonably priced, public transport was also a short walk. We will definitely be returning here! Thank You
