This hotel is perfectly located in Laureles, with restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, bakeries, and bars all within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the area on foot. The terrace offers beautiful views and is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. My only complaint was the bed. It was extremely firm and unfortunately made it difficult for us to get a comfortable night’s sleep. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant stay

The listing had air conditioning and hot water listed. The air conditioning units were not adjustable. We never had hot water. They came to look at it once and then never came back to fix it. The management was hard to get ahold of before, during, and after our stay. It was a pretty room and had a lovely view, but I still wouldn’t stay here again. They’ve said they will refund some of our money, but I doubt that will happen.
