Everything was fine EXCEPT the TV remote it was impossible to use. You would need a lesson in how to use it before you can watch. When I spoke to the manager about it, she said that she hated the remotes and gets constant complaints about them and STILL the ownership is buying new TV’s but the remotes will be the same kind. I might not stay at this hotel or any other Quality Inn if they have these remotes. At the end of a long day of travel, I know that all I want to do is turn on the system and watch!

Excellent front desk!

My daughter got ill in the middle of the night. The lady at the front desk was so kind when i went to get extra garbage bags. She offered us crackers and water to help with her stomach issues.

The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed one night during a trip to see colleges in the area. The only issue we had, which was not really significant, was that the remote control and tv were basically useless. We didn't have a 'smart' account (through Samsung) we could log into to access other options like Netflix, etc.

Smells like smoke!!

Our room smelled like smoke. Not sure if there are smoking rooms. The second morning the smell of smoke I guess coming through the ventilation system was very strong. The staff was nice. The cleanliness is average. I will not stay there again. Last I smelled a hint of smoke this time was so much worse. Then last time I had to have my room moved cause there were so many beetles. They were not going to move until I said I can’t stay in this room I don’t care if this is normal for this time of year. .

Loves it!

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was so yummy! The room was very clean and I saw another comment about the ac being loud but personally ours wasn’t at all. Def a 10/10!
