The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Mayenne, this 50 m² flat with jacuzzi and heated outdoor pool (from June to the end of August only), which can accommodate up to 7 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 24 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with en-suite shower room and separate WC (communicating with the sleeping area)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with en-suite shower room and private WC.
- Sleeping area: single bed

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron, and a washing machine.

Outside:
- A jacuzzi open from 1ᵉʳ April to 30 September, with a maximum capacity of two people.
- A heated outdoor swimming pool (4*3 m) available from June to the end of August.
- A 30m² south-west-facing terrace, a garden with furniture to make the most of fine weather and a flower-filled enclosed area shared with the owner.

The flat is ideally located in Mayenne, in a very quiet residence. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
