We arrived at the hotel and were welcomed. The hotel has secure parking in their courtyard. We received a comfortable large room with super comfortable mattresses and linens. The hosts were very hospitable an fluent in English. Thank you again, we will be back.

El lugar muy cómodo y bonito, el único inconveniente es que el personal no tenia registrada la reserva a pesar que se hizo con anticipación, la parte buena es que nos solucionaron, aunque tuvimos que esperar un rato

Fue terrible la atención, la chica dijo que el hotel no tenía vínculos con hoteles.com No me respetaron la reservación, dijo también no saber buscar las reserva y que la persona que se encargaba de eso estaba en San Luis Potosi, pero no se pudo comunicar tuve que buscar otro hotel, no encontré y mi viaje salió fatal ya que tuve que regresarme...

El lugar es muy cómodo y amigable, las personas que atienden super atentas y corteses. La habitación era muy amplia, cómoda y muy bonita. El estacionamiento muy bien y accesible. Les recomiendo mucho este lugar, yo espero volver pronto porque me encantó y agradezco todas las atenciones que recibimos.
