Employee at reception did not check us in as our room was not ready but gave us access to the pool and spa. When we came back to the reception, this employee was gone and they said our room was ready but we were not checked in! The employee at this point was nice but a little bit direct.

If the air conditioning in the rooms was more efficient I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was hot and made for uncomfortable sleeping.

Great hotel with a great view on the St-Laurent river. I love the fact there are Tesla Superchargers on site. For people with no access to Tesla superchargers, it would be perfect to have 6 to 12 chargers for electric cars (level 2).
