The room wasn’t cleaned by 5:30, so we drove home. Finding the actual number of the internal address wasDifficult to find because it was inside of several rooms. We weren’t aware that it was a house with a common living area. Never saw that on the ad. The noise in the next room while we waited was surprising. VRBO called the owner twice to ask questions for us and they didn’t answer. I finally got the owner on line. She said she was never contacted. The room and bath was used and not prepped for next set of people. Not a good time at all. Owner would only reduce amt by 25. For all the hassles. We left as it was a very frustrating experience
