This 140m² house is located in the historic center of La Ciotat. It offers a rather rare pleasure in an old town with its 500 m² garden and terraces.

It has been renovated, air-conditioned in the rooms and fully equipped for your comfort.

You will be able to take full advantage of the atmosphere of the city where everything is within walking distance: port, shops, restaurants, beaches and Calanques.

If you come for a business trip, the shipyard is only 850 m away.



Included in the rental: WIFI (fiber), end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, 1 parking space (for a city car) and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).



Ideal for up to 6 people, this house allows you to take full advantage of the climate and scents of the region with its typical Mediterranean garden planted with lemon trees, orange trees, olive trees, bougainvillea and a century-old prickly pear cactus that shades the outdoor living room. Two shaded terraces are available to you to enjoy grilled or aperitifs with your loved ones sheltered from the sun or the mistral.

On 140 m², you can enjoy different spaces spread over 2 levels.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a double living room of 25 m² with two sofas, flat screen TV for moments of relaxation, a reading area / office for the most studious!

A large fitted kitchen of 25 m² with dining area gives access to the terrace equipped with a plancha, a table for 6 and armchairs. All shaded by a trellis where the vine will provide you with a very pleasant shade in summer.

On the same level there is also a separate toilet with washbasin, a laundry room with water point, washing machine and dryer.

With the thickness of the walls and the air conditioning upstairs, the ground floor does not require air conditioning, even in summer.



The sleeping area, fully air-conditioned, is on the first floor with two bedrooms of 17 m² including a master suite with shower room and sink. The third bedroom is 11 m2.

The rooms are equipped with 2 beds each of 90 x 200 cm that can form a king size bed on request, reversible air conditioning with ducted area (very low noise pollution), recent bedding to guarantee you a perfect sleep.

And finally, the large independent bathroom in art deco style with bathtub equipped with a shower column, double sink, toilet, and bidet.



It is a friendly place, offering many amenities and ideally placed to live the experience of Provençal life in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat with your loved ones.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

It cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The district

The house is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat which is quietly explored along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrianized. We pass in front of residences whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to take pleasure in the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque du Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...

On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

You can also get back in your car and set off at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...

Bus lines 30 and 31 stop at the station "La Croix de Malte" near the house. The bus station is 600m away and allows you to access all bus lines.

Departure of the shuttles to the green island or the Calanques at 450 m.

The SNCF train station is 4 km away and can be reached directly from the bus station on line 40.

Excellentes vacances à La Ciotat dans cette maison idéale à tout point de vue ! L'accueil par Florence et les échanges avec Julien pour la réservation sont tout simplement tops. Merci à tous les 2 pour votre sympathie et votre disponibilité ! La région est magnifique, les paysages du parc national des calanques sont à couper le souffle. Nous n'avons pas tout vu de la région car nous avons aussi privilégié le repos, mais nous reviendrons, c'est une certitude !
