Maison très agréable et spacieuse avec tout le matériel nécessaire. On sent que cette maison est une maison qui vit toute l'année et qui a une âme.Magnifique jardin très agréable qui apporte de la fraicheur.Hôte très accueillant qui donne des conseils sur la région, les commerces, les plages, les choses à voir.Magnifiques plages très proches.Chats super accueillants aussi !

What a wonderful place!

Tuin is geweldig, huis comfortabel. Loopafstand naar strand, hpu rekening met circa 15 tot 25 minuten afhanjelijk van strandkeuze. We hadden een buur leenhondje, een border collie die lke dag even heerlijk langskwam. En 2 katten... zou zo weer terug willen en gaan.

Une très belle maison

Cette grande maison est confortable et bien équipée pour un séjour en famille et avec des amis. On y est vraiment au calme et au frais. La bibliothèque est bien fournie et fera le bonheur des petits et des grands. Le jardin est un petit coin de paradis ! La plage n'est pas très loin, la superette et la boulangerie non plus. Si vous souhaitez effectuer un séjour à Martigues et ses environ, réserver cette maison vous ne serez pas déçu!

Maison vivante, charmante et accueillante

Cette grande maison offre tout le confort et les commodités pour un séjour agréable en famille ou avec des amis. Le jardin a toujours un coin d'ombre, la maison est toujours fraîche, même sans climatisation, la gare est toute proche, la mer à deux pas (avec la plus belle plage de la région), comme le sont aussi d'excellents commerces de proximité... On peut réserver les yeux fermés! Et des livres dans tous les coins et recoins!

2 wunderbare Wochen erlebt

Wir waren im Sommer 2022 für 2 Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Wir, das sind neben uns Eltern zwei Teenager und zwei Mädchen im Kita- bzw. Grundschulalter. Was schon zeigt: es waren sehr unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse - und alle waren zufrieden! Es war eben kein "steriles Ferienhaus", sondern eines, das lebt und uns das Gefühl vermittelte, bei anderen Menschen zu Gast zu sein. Wir haben auch den Kontakt zu den Tieren (zwei Katzen, die immer wieder gefüttert werden mussten, ein Nachbars-Hund, der wie selbstverständlich sich in die Küche legte) sehr geschätzt und es überhaupt nicht als störend empfunden. Na gut, nachts waren die Katzen manchmal etwas aufdringlich, aber da muss man eben Wege finden. Der Hausverwalter war sehr hilfsbereit und für jede Frage/ jedes Anliegen zu haben. Die Lage war super. Zu Fuß zum Strand war kein Problem - und auch im netten, kleinen Örtchen (incl. bezauberndem Wochenmarkt, superguter Bäckerei usw.) sind wir immer mal gewesen. Darüber hinaus war die Location der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Touren in die bezaubernde Provence, in die Camargue, nach Marseille und sogar an die Cote d'Azur. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war prima, die Funktionalität aller Dinge war gegeben, wir haben gut finden können, was wir brauchten und gesucht haben. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Und dann noch der bezaubernde Garten... Wir werden diesen Urlaub immer in sehr schöner Erinnerung haben und kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder! Danke für alles!

Un séjour très agréable

Une belle propriété spacieuse et très agréable. La mer est proche et accessible à pied. La villa est bien équipée tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur et vous permet de passer un très bon séjour, accompagnés des deux chats de la maison. De nombreuses activités possibles aux alentours pour occuper les ados...et les adultes.

Un Séjour Magique !

Voici une maison mignonne, chaleureuse et pleine d'âme, avec laquelle nous nous sommes de suite sentis en harmonie... Elle est véritablement empreinte de toute la générosité et la culture de ses hôtes, une vraie maison d'artiste ! Tout y est fait pour le partage et la convivialité, et en même temps chacun d'entre nous a pu y trouver sa place et ses moments de calme et de solitude. Techniquement, elle est totalement équipée, nous n'avons manqué d'aucun ustensile en cuisine ou au jardin, et les chambres et salles de bains sont nombreuses et très spacieuses ! Le seul bémol que je citerai, pour en trouver un, serait la grande suite du 1er étage qui était moins "équipée" que les autres chambres (pas de moustiquaires et la banquette BZ beaucoup moins confortable que les autres literies top confort). Pour le côté humain, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de croiser nos hôtes mais avons été très bien accueillis par leur fille, par le voisinage en général de ce petit quartier paisible, mais surtout par leur voisin Théo, qui fut notre guide :) L'accès à la plage peut se faire à pied, mais la maison est également à 5 min des autres plages, toutes aussi jolies ! Je recommande, et n'hésiterai pas à réserver de nouveau si l'occasion s'y présentait !
