This peaceful village house offers a relaxing holiday for the whole family. The 80 mÂČ renovated and air-conditioned accommodation is in the center of Marseillan a few minutes walk from the port, shops and the edge of the Etang de Thau and only 20 minutes by bike from the beaches.
The house is comfortable, its typical "tropezienne" terrace at the level of the living room and its vast garage have made it a rare place of residence.

Lovely house in old Marseillan

A lovely house in the old part of Marseillan. Very comfortable and well-equipped with a great outdoor area and garage. There was a good set of bikes as well. Excellent oversll. Thanks.

Un excellent séjour dans un village trÚs accueillant

Nous avons choisi cette maison de village trÚs bien située prÚs du centre de Marseillan pour faire des promenades à vélo. La météo était idéale pour cette activité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le grand garage pour la voiture et pour stocker nos vélos.Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le calme, la terrasse et la climatisation.La location correspondait parfaitement à la description et à nos attentes.Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment trÚs agréable. Si l'occasion se présente nous serions trÚs heureux de renouveler cette expérience.Marc et Solange

Maison de village charmante et confortable

Nous avons dĂ©couvert une charmante maison de village dans les petites ruelles pleines de charmes de Marseillan ville. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous (maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e) et avons fait de belles dĂ©couvertes grĂące au document d'accueil fourni par Laurence et Jean-Marc. La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e pour les enfants (pot et rĂ©hausseur pour notre fils de 3 ans; jeux) et nous avons mĂȘme pu utiliser les vĂ©los Ă  disposition dans le garage pour nos balades. Nous avons bien profitĂ© de la terrasse qui est Ă  l'abris des regards et ombragĂ©e (store banne). Nous recommandons vraiment cette location et remercions les propriĂ©taires (qui dĂ©butent dans la location) pour leur excellents accueil et gestion.
