Overall a great value place to stay when in Dijon. Close to huge Cora supermarket and only 10 minutes drive from the historic old town centre. Super friendly and helpful staff. Was very convenient to have plenty of free parking.

Clean and friendly. Delicious glass of wine.

Quick stop . Delightful people on reception. Bar open and the local glass of wine was delicious. Room clean and modern. Pool warm and clean, lovely after long journey. Just a shame no food or snacks on a Sunday, when we were there. The corridor not great but had recently had a leak and the carpet was being replaced.

We booked this hotel because we were travelling through and needed a place to stay for one night where we could bring our dog. Since we were only stopping to sleep before continuing our journey, we did not expect luxury or special amenities, but we did expect a reasonable standard for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and communication before arrival was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. The pictures on Hotels.com give a much better impression than the reality we experienced. The room was extremely outdated, worn and not particularly clean. The shower did not work, the toilet seat did not fit (way to small), and several details gave the impression of a lack of maintenance. The common areas also felt neglected. The outdoor areas were untidy and the bar was disorganised and messy. The breakfast was acceptable, but it could not make up for the overall experience. I informed the staff about the shower before we left and also sent an email after our stay with feedback, but I never received a response. In summary: the staff were kind and the bed was comfortable, but the condition and standard of the hotel did not match the price or the impression given by the pictures. For us, this was unfortunately a very expensive overnight stay, and we would not choose this hotel again.

We were driving through and just needed a place to crash. Not looking for something fancy and lots of options around. Sadly you can’t smell the pictures on the internet but there was a strong sewage smell in our room and in the lobby area. In addition, the shower was warm at best and the plumbing was noisy.

Good overall but poor restaurant service.

Disappointed with the restaurant service. Meals not hot and forgot to bring drinks despite reminders. Slow service.

Naked guest gives family an early morning shock.

Ground floor room facing the car park, which blackout curtains, but no net curtains or privacy. I opened the curtains after my shower to a family sat in their car facing my window. The lighting in the room was poor, so we had to get dressed in the dim light.
