Nice hotel but need more people to keep it up.
Las palmeas is a nice guest house NOT hotel therefore it was misleading information given to me saying it's a 4* hotel. It's NOT hotel it's a GUEST HOUSE. bathroom was not very clean it smells very, water from the shower comes out and wets the floor.. they did not change bed sheets everyday. The hotel had prolem with the AC. it did not work properly...
Food wasn't so great my children hated it.
I did expect that from Expedia to give wrong information to customers like myself.
Las Palmeras is not a 4* hotel... ??? Expedia needs to look into this again.

Horrible endroit ! j'ai payĂ© 4 nuits mais Ă l'arrivĂ©e le personnel de lâhĂŽtel puis le gĂ©rant par tĂ©lĂ©phone mâont informĂ©e de ce que la chambre que jâavais rĂ©servĂ©e en ligne (chambre pour une personne) nâĂ©tait pas disponible et que l hĂŽtel Ă©tait complet. Jâai demandĂ© un remboursement qui mâa Ă©tĂ© refusĂ©. Jâai du dormir dans la chambre de deux personnes qui ne disposaient que dâun lit double (jâai dormi sur les petits canapĂ©s moisis). Le riad est par ailleurs situĂ© beaucoup plus loin du centre que ce qui Ă©tait annocnĂ© : Ă 40 minutes de voiture trĂšs excentrĂ© et sur des routes de terre par allumĂ©es. impossible de sortir du riad en dehors des navettes (2 en fin de matinĂ©e, 1 Ă 17h et une Ă 22h). Le lendemain, le gĂ©rant mâa proposĂ© de changer de Riad, celui ci Ă©tant complet.. les autres clients de l hĂŽtel mont dit que les autres Riad du propriĂ©taire Ă©taient horribles. Lâadresse ne mâa pas Ă©tĂ© communiquĂ©e et le gĂ©rant a voulu que je paie la taxe de sĂ©jour pour les 4 nuits le 25 au matin. Jâai refusĂ© et je nâai rĂ©glĂ© que pour une nuit. Finalement je suis allĂ©e dans un tout autre Riad. Je souhaiterais ĂȘtre remboursĂ©e intĂ©gralement des nuits que jâai payĂ©es pour cet hĂŽtel que je vais dĂ©conseiller trĂšs trĂšs vivement sur internet ! J'attends toujours les suites de la rĂ©clamation que j'ai faite le lendemain de mon arrivĂ©e.
