Amazing! - lovely hospitality, even better food ❤️

The hosts were lovely, very welcoming and kind. Rooms are clean, warm and the food was amazing. They made us traditional Moroccan dishes and made sure we were fully looked after. We went for a evening walk in the surrounding hills which are beautiful and peaceful. 10/10

Overall, disappointing experience!

My main complaint was that we felt the room was not as represented on the hotels.com website. The garbage bin was NOT emptied as it had rotting banana peels in it upon our arrival. The mattresses on the beds were certainly NOT Select comfort, premium beds. They were extremely hard and uncomfortable mattresses. After letting the front desk know about the garbage in the room, they did not come to collect it during our stay there. It was still sitting in the bin outside of the door where I placed it when we left in the morning. In addition the mini fridge was not working and there was NO WIFI in the room as advertised.

Great hotel for the price. Clean room and nice balcony with view of mountains in the distance. Good breakfast and lovely clean swimming pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the centre very good! Only complaint was the bed and pillows were uncomfortable

Nice hotel for the price.

The best asset is the swimming pool. Rooms good size and clean. Beds are OK. Did not have breakfast so can't comment. Would recommend this hotel if you want to spent time relaxing in the hotel pool as it is far from the main attractions however taxi cost 25 to 40 mad to get to the medina. Hotel staff were friendly. Supermarket is a 5 min walk which has a few small food outlets.

No customers service, the bed was really hard, the restaurant menu is really poor, cockroaches in the room, sunbeds not comfortable at all, no decorations on the walls.... They only care about your money...

Good experience overall, although you need a cab for pretty much everything. Rooms are clean but quite dark. Breakfast was good, dinner not too much. Old building, Wi-Fi not really good

Good sized room but poor service

Good sized room, shuttle bus and lots of taxis at the hotel. but not a four star hotel. Reception staff were rude and not friendly and furniture broken in the room
