I had to search around Hotels.com website for support number which was incredibly difficult to find. Got an agent who was able to contact the hotel and push the reservation through. Ultimately it worked out but a painful process

Room was very clean. Toilet was a little finicky and not a lot of pressure in the shower, but I’d stay again. And Lee at the front desk was great; friendly, hospitable, accommodating…. All in all a good stay.

It was fine. I didn't realize the room was handicap accessible, so the bathroom had no area or vanity for our toiletries. Fan in bathroom was very loud and grating. All seemed clean. Not a fan of tub shower curtain combo.
