Room was unsanitary and poorly kept. The room smelled and made me sick. It was loud during the night and sleep was impossible. The window was cracked and the curtains were flimsy and did not block out the busy street. Worst experience I've ever had. I pushed through the first night, but had to pay for another hotel for the remainder of my trip. The hotel refused to refund me for the second day. Expedia did not help when I called.
