Charming Cottage with Heated Pool, Tennis, and Game Room Near Le Mans

Located 25 minutes north of Le Mans, near the Alpes Mancelles and the Perche region, the gîte is part of the Domaine de Crottay. Gardens boasting a variety of colorful trees, a wooded park, meadows, and orchards on this elegant 18th and 19th-century property offer a natural setting for this corner of nature that the owners love to share. A heated swimming pool is available from May to September (closed at 7:00 PM for cleaning). Tennis, walks, games of hide-and-seek, treehouses, and sculpted trees: so many delightful moments await young and old alike! It's a little slice of paradise close to Beaumont-sur-Sarthe and its shops. The location is ideal for relaxation and is also perfect for discovering woodworking and dynamic photography.

Sleeps 2 with 1 bedroom upstairs: 1 double bed (140cm).
Downstairs: shower room, WC, fully equipped kitchenette, living area with TV, DVD player, and washing machine. Free internet access.
