Come and discover our 4-person cottage near the canal, a former navigable waterway now dedicated to tourism.

This canal, 12km away, connects to the Joan of Arc city of Orléans, running alongside the royal river, the Loire. The route passes through Chécy and its wash house, and Combleux, a former riverboat village. L'ATELIER is located in Mardié, within the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will find a few local shops (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store) and a large shopping center 3km away. There is a shared heated swimming pool (8x4m) open from May to the end of September. This 90m² cottage, in a contemporary style and adjoining the owners' house, is all on one level.

It comprises two bedrooms – one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with a 140x190cm bed (beds made upon your arrival). Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer)
- Living room - Dining room - Shower room (walk-in shower) with toilet, iron, and hairdryer.
Easy access for people with reduced mobility - Sliding glass doors with maximum natural light.

At the front of the cottage, private parking for your vehicle.

At the rear, you will enjoy a lovely outdoor space: private terrace with garden furniture and a griddle, private grounds, and a shared swimming pool (8m x 4m) heated and open from May to the end of September. A trampoline, swing, pétanque court, and ping-pong table are also available in the shared garden.

Heating and bed linen are included. End-of-stay cleaning and towels are available as optional extras. Accommodation designed for people with reduced mobility.
