The property was at a great location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay overall. The kids were well entertained by the games and pool plus the fishing.The adults enjoyed games of pool and the arcade games as well.Very entertaining place, clean and beautiful area.The home did have a few issues that I addressed to Alex.These issues were, not enough washcloths or towels. Only 3 washcloths and 5 towels were available for 7 guests. More towels were delivered, but washcloths were not til the day before our departure. We had to buy some to have enough.The pool is only cleaned on Thursday so when we arrived on Sunday the pool had a lot of dirt in the bottom of it. I found this not to be very sanitary and should be cleaned after each rent departs.The ceiling fan did not work in the master bedroom.The master bath was super small.The home has no broom/dustpan so that I hated for I hate walking on dirty floors. Kids do drop crumbs and guests do bring dirt in off their shoes even when pulled off at the door.Other than those issues we give this place a 4 star. Loved the home and all the entertainment it had plus the location. We enjoyed our stay and the friendly host.Thank you for having us at your home.

Never need to leave the house

What a clean and fun property to stay at. I don't think we even had a chance to use all the amenities they had at the house! There is definitely something for everybody and we were close to everything. Walking distance to Starbucks and a short bike ride to the beach or anywhere really. Great Stay!

This was the perfect spot for a getaway! Walking distance or a short drive to great restaurants, and the perfect house for a relaxing night in. We used the bikes, hot tub, pool, and pool table!

Spring Break was awesome!

We really enjoyed our time at the property. They had a large amount of beach items that made it super easy to drive to a nearby beach and then come home and relax in a quiet private pool.

We had a fantastic visit to Marco Island. The home and property are gorgeous. Just so many amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day at the beach. The property is also very convenient to everywhere you want to be on the island. Please put this property on the top of your list for your next visit to Marco Island !!
