From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-appointed the house was. The layout was perfect, especially the large windows that filled the space with natural light.The highlight was definitely the outdoor pool area, the private dock with a green light attracting several large fish including tarpon! Marco Island Vacation Properties were incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from booking to check-out. After renting Vacation homes for the last eight year, we wouldn’t want to book with any other management company...

Great property, but management philosophy could be better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While our overall rental experience was positive, there were also several areas that needed attention.The main issue we encountered was cleanliness and lack of basic supplies. The sheets in the master bedroom were dirty, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, we found wet spare queen sheets in the linen closet, and a wet towel upstairs, which suggested that the cleaning may have been rushed or overlooked.Furthermore, the lack of essential supplies was very inconvenient. We only found one roll of toilet paper in the master bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen while our reservation was for seven days with seven people. Additionally, both the trash and recycling bins were full to the brim upon our arrival and only one trash bag was provided. The dishwasher soap provided was also not enough for the length of our stay. This meant we had to purchase additional toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods ourselves during our stay, which was unexpected and disappointing, given the amount of money we paid to stay there. For a high-end property like this, attention to cleanliness and ensuring adequate supplies for guests would greatly improve the experience. We hope these points are taken constructively for the benefit of future guests. Thanks.

This house is equipped with endless things to keep them entertained. Pool and hottub are fantastic. We had some cool weather and the house is a short walk to Makel park that we spent a ton of time. Great location! Would recomemt and we will stay at again!

A more than comfortable trip for our family and son’s friends consisting of 2 adults and 4 teenagers, we would not hesitate to book this home again. Top-of-the-line everything!! Double washing machines and dryers 😳, foosball, pool table, 2nd floor balcony, salt water pool and hot tub, electronic motorized screens & shades, 2 refrigerators; even the lit up dock at night provided for a feeding frenzy of many large looking fish/sharks?! During the day, we had a private boat p/u & take the boys out for a fishing adventure while mom stayed home for some R&R and saw a pod of dolphins out back. Overall, the entertainment and amenities would promote the idea to stay at home and never leave, however, the location was so convenient to everything that frequent trips to nearby beaches, stores, ready-care clinics (lol), and restaurants were a must (and a need). The property group managing the home was very accessible and answered every question and concern we had. This is a definite must stay experience.
