The condo was in excellent condition. Very clean and offered everything that we needed. The views were great for both sunrise and sunset. Close walk to the beach and water. Will be looking forward to staying at this location again.

Great location & space

It was a great unit to rent vs. some of the other smaller narrower units. It allowed for 8 adults to gather comfortably share meals and watch the sunset.

Excellent stay

Condo was clean and well stocked. Property management answered questions quickly. Pool area very nice. Easy walk to the beach. Great area with many good restaurants. Very nice and secure grounds. Highly recommend.

The coffee bar was such a nice touch and something we looked forward to each morning. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed, which made cooking and settling in so easy.The place was decorated so cute and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hosts were very accommodating and responded super fast anytime we had a question, which we really appreciated. The location was amazing—safe, convenient, and close to so many fun things to do.We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marco Island. We would absolutely stay here again! 🌴

Accomadations were very nice. Owner had chairs, umbrella and coolers at our disposal. If there was any negative $100 registration for a car (we had 2) was a bit much.

They got back to you immediately with any question you had was very happy with this rental company!I would’ve chose a room with a pool view if they would’ve had anything left, but we didn’t make the reservation until six months ahead and they were taken. But we had such nice weather. We were outside a lot anyway so this unit was wonderful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was redecorated in a Pickleball theme. I love to play pickleball so that's fine. However, the cabinet handle pulls and kitchen and bathroom counters were PAINTED and already showing wear after less than a year. All the blinds had been updated except for the one in the second bedroom which is right next to the bright light in the outside walkway making it difficult to sleep. We used black garbage bags and hung them over the blinds in order to block the light so we could sleep. We have made remarks about this after prior stays but no improvement was made. One of the elevators was also out of service for several months.

Nice condo. Walk to the gulf waters was too far from condo…Overcrowded pool from two buildings…Staff was extremely prompt in fixing some suggestion regarding maintenance issues….would suggest more comfortable seating in living room

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Das Apartment war veraltet sowie die Ausstattung entsprach nicht im geringsten der gezeigten Bilder. Es war eine Bruchbude für 2.000,00 Euro die Woche. Die Handtücher waren dreckig und verfusselt, das Besteck war verrostet, der Abfluss in der Küche sowie im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, die Strandausstattung war verrostet und kaputt, das TV funktionierte auch nicht, die Jalousien waren defekt, das Parkdeck konnte vor der Tür nicht genutzt werden usw. Dort werde ich nie wieder hinreisen. Zudem wurden vor Ort noch eine zusätzliche Gebühr i.H.v. $100 erhoben, die vorher nirgends kommuniziert wird. Reine Abzocke. Die gute Bewertung bei stimmt in keinster Weise überein.

The condo is clean and offers 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite has a gorgeous updated bathroom! The condo has high quality beds, bedding and towels. The kitchen is well maintained! There is room to relax, watch tv and play games with the family on the dining room table! We will definitely be back!
