60th Bday Family Getaway….

Family group of 10….loved the house. All very easy to navigate and enjoy. Just a couple small issues that may not bother most people but the couches indoor and outdoor, patio furniture a little dated, and not very comfortable…. Minor Low Battery chirping from bedroom smoke detector, but not deal breakers…. .

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. There were some issues with the cleanliness but they were addressed immediately. The wifi did not work 90% of the time which was an issue but all in all a wonderful home. The pool area is amazing and the rooms are all large and bright.

Really nice property and great stay

We come to Marco every year for our kids' spring break and stay in a different VRBO each time just for variety. This is the nicest one we've stayed in and was overall a great property. The pool and hot tub were great and the heat worked on both. The AC in the house always worked though we didn't need it much. Overall the house was nice and spacious and everyone had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner was responsive thought we didn't really need much.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This house was the ideal choice for our large family vacation, offering plenty of space for everyone. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The property is in a fantastic location, with easy access to beaches, restaurants and shops. The backyard and pool area are perfect, offering ample seating for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Jim was very responsive, quickly answering any questions we had. Overall, we’re so glad we chose this vacation property for our trip to Marco Island.

Perfect Florida getaway

The house is beautiful and just as pictured. It was very clean, had every kitchen item we needed, plenty of towels and even soap and toilet paper! We enjoyed the beautiful lanai and hot tub very much! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood perfect for walks. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Jim!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

Jim’s home was a great place to relax and enjoy a vacation as a family. There was so much space to spread out, yet plenty of areas to come together. We all enjoyed the pool and the views from the dock. Each bedroom had a nice bathroom- making this a great home for both families and friends alike. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home!

This home is beautiful! Every guest had a bathroom and comfortable beds! The home was clean and welcoming. The outdoor space was ideal for fun and relaxation. Pool, spa, comfortable seating and dock to watch the sunrise! Quiet area with short drive anywhere. We were able to walk to the beach as we love walks! Would stay again! sunrise sunrise.

Beautiful home, highly recommend!

This huge, beautiful home was an excellent choice for our group of 65 plus yr olds! So much space to spread out. Bedrooms had very comfy beds, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which is often hard to find. We really enjoyed the spa most nights, especially with the cooler weather we had. We grilled out, made breakfasts, and enjoyed eating outside. We rented bikes and were able to ride about 10 minutes to the beach, also to watch men’s softball in Winterberry Park, and to ride to breakfast at nearby restaurants! This home is perfect for a group of friends.

My family of 9 adults stayed at this property. The location is great. The home was beautiful as pictured. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Common area downstairs was very conducive to family gatherings. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was an abundance of linens and towels, and it was nice to have the little touches like bathroom sink soap, kitchen soap and other basics on hand. The outdoor area was great and the pool and the hot tub were perfect. The location is convenient to all local restaurants. The upper level balcony was perfect for amazing sunrises! We highly rec this house!

Fantastic sunrises & close to our favorite restaurants

To start, Jim is awesome at communicating. The house has everything you need and some. The views are amazing, the privacy is awesome and the space is great. We only had a 4-8 min drive to our favorite spots to eat and beach. Highly recommend!

Awesome Marco Island Home

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 young children. Excellent pool and lanai setup. Comfortable living areas with large sectional sofas. The grill was not fully functional despite our best efforts, and the outdoor Sonos has been disabled due to prior noise complaints. Luckily we brought a portable speaker. Overall a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Anual Friends trip

We do a FL trip with our friends every year ( our FL family home isn’t large enough to accommodate) We absolutely love Marco island and being able to bring our boat to the house was a major plus! We got to use that more than anything but, the home was beautiful, great location, perfect set up and overall a great time. Thank you for the experience! I would highly recommend this property.
