The house has everything you need to have an amazing time. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This is a beautiful and very clean home located close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was private and fantastic!

Home away from Home

The immaculate and spacious house and saltwater pool were amazing!! I would definitely rent this house again. The location was very close to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful Home !

Rented at 540 Fieldstone with our family of 5. Perfect home and great vacation. Home is even nicer in person. Clean and modern, like new. We enjoyed the space (plenty of bedrooms / bathrooms) and having the pool. Would def. Recommend this home!

Reviewer Comments: This rental exceeded our expectations in every way—especially the location, how well the home was stocked, and the beautiful lanai and pool. We loved being able to walk to the beach daily and enjoy several nearby restaurants without having to worry about parking.The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, including plenty of Tupperware (which is rare!), leftover spices in the pantry, and even laundry detergent. There were more than enough bath and beach towels for our stay.The pool was perfect, and we truly enjoyed the relaxing sound of the waterfall each day. This home is ideal for a fun and comfortable family stay, and we would highly recommend it.

First of all, this was our second time renting from Marco Island Vacation Properties. They are FANTASTIC.The property itself was spotless and even more amazing than the pictures show. The beds were so comfortable. The lanai was perfect and the pool was the perfect temperature. Loved having bikes, chairs, coolers available. SO close to Marco Plaza and the beach. EASY walks. Our teens walked to the beach by the JW every night and we were very comfortable with that!You will not be disappointed - we didn't want to leave!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation experience was second to none. The property on Fieldstone had it all and was <10 min walk to the beach. The interior of the property comes with high end appliances, spacious rooms, and all the amenities you could need. The pool was great and the house comes fully equipped with all the beach day gear you could possibly need (carts, wagons, umbrellas, chairs, toys, coolers). It was such a great experience that we will be coming back to the same property next year! Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and has plenty of space for our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The property offers all the amenities our family could need. Marco Island Vacation Properties was very prompt in responding to questions and kept us updated on the rules of the neighborhood. We plan to rent next year.

Great location to our favorite beach area and restaurants.

Reviewer Comments: We spent a month in this beautiful house, it had everything you needed plus more and the location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. BUT we were looking forward to the inside outside lifestyle as depicted in the photographs, unfortunately you can’t open the doors onto the lanai for more than 15 seconds without a very loud alarm going off. These are very heavy doors which made eating outside awkward to coordinate. Also, although you can go out through various doors using the alarm bypass, there is only one door that you can come back in. We asked the agent if the alarm could be over-ridden but they advised that this could only be done by the owners and the request was passed on but with no response to date. We have asked for the information regarding the alarm to be updated on the website and perhaps changing some of the photos. In summary, would we recommend this property, yes as long as the alarm isn’t a problem for you.
