Esta villa orientada al sur está rodeada por un hermoso jardín maduro con una gran piscina. Construido en dos niveles más un sótano que comprende, en el nivel del suelo: porche con fuente que conduce a la entrada principal; sala; sala; comedor separado; biblioteca con chimenea; todas con acceso a la amplia terraza y jardín; cocina nueva totalmente equipada; dos habitaciones para huéspedes en suite; aseo de invitados Planta alta: baño principal con terraza que tiene magníficas vistas al jardín y al mar. Sótano con un dormitorio adicional y garaje. ¡Esta gran propiedad se encuentra a tres minutos en coche de Puerto Banús y la playa!


Visite el precioso casco antiguo de Marbella y disfrute de una comida o bebida en Orange Square, a solo 10 minutos en coche.
Visita Puerto Banús: desde ir de compras, al fabuloso puerto donde puedes tomarte un café o comer en algunos de los restaurantes más exclusivos de la zona o, si lo deseas, bailar toda la noche en los clubes nocturnos muy chic. Si todo eso es demasiado para ti, puedes optar por relajarte en las numerosas playas de la zona.

Super nice villa

Our family just spent a fantastic time in this Villa. The Villa is super nice, very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is located in a very nice and quite area but just near to everything in Marbella. The hosts, Dmitry and Elena were always available and they received us with a very nice welcome gift. We will for sure come back again. Thanks Elena and Dmitry!

A Perfect Stay

Firstly, the communication in the run up to our stay with Elena and Dmitry was amazing. They dealt with all our requests quickly and with care. First impressions of their beautiful villa are impressive, and it’s thoughtfully and smartly decorated and furnished. All rooms are well maintained and sized for a larger family. The villa has all modern conveniences, and is spotlessly clean with little touches. Our kids loved the pool and trampoline! Honestly, one of the best villas we have stayed at, and one we would return to in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Splendid home

This was our first time in Marbella. We wanted a place with easy access to but not in the middle of a busy city center. The location fit that criteria perfectly. This home and property are immaculately kept and tastefully decorated. We wanted downtime as a family and were able to feel at home, and very comfortable in this space. We definitely prepare food and eat in.more than dining out and the kitchen was well equipped. It was also a secure home and the owners very attentive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Being winter, we didn’t get to take advantage of the beautiful pool. When asked my favorite part of the trip I easily say sitting out on the second floor patio enjoying a glass of wine while the kids read a book and enjoyed the sunsets

Location and facilities excellent. High quality interior and furniture. Great ocean view. Tranquil swimming pool.The only negative aspect during the stay was mosquitoes and parking on the street - virtually traffic free lane. La Canada mall with supermarket just 8 minutes away.Most helpful hosts.

Perfect Villa

My friends and I have stayed in many villas over the years and this is definitely our favourite's. It is in the perfect location for shops etc. it is set in beautiful gardens with a fabulous pool and is very private. It has a lovely feel about it, is very clean and tastefully decorated. Nothing negative to say. Would highly recommend.

This beautiful villa and its' location are perfect to enjoy the best of Marbella and surrounding areas. All the bedrooms are spacious and well equipped, and a pretty garden surrounds the pool.

Superb Villa

Great family friendly home

The property looked every bit as nice as the online images although the fourth bedroom and shower room were disappointing. The villa is an updated building which has had major improvements throughout, with the exception of the lower ground apartments. The garden is beautifully laid out and is kept to a high standard. The pool is clean and well maintained and proved a hit with the whole family, from 10 months to 70 year olds! We soon relaxed into a comfortable routine and enjoyed the comforts and cool of the open plan layout of all the public rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee lovers amongst us enjoyed having freshly ground coffee “on tap”. The provision for the children’s needs was terrific and everything was put to good use by our two little ones. Elena was very helpful in the run up to our arrival with helpful and positive responses to all our enquiries. Dimitry was also lovely and made us feel very welcome on arrival. He provided advice and guidance on local facilities and even arranged an airport transfer for us. He also organised a mid stay clean which provided fresh linens and kept the rooms immaculate. We had a lovely stay and would thoroughly recommend this villa with our only reservation being that bedroom four and it’s en-suite is not to the same standard as the main 3 bedrooms.

The Villa is just like the photos. Excellent in every way. Very well appointed and equipped. Extremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Great location convenient to all Costa del Sol activities. .
