LA CASA CLUB

Al ingresar a las puertas del resort, se encuentra con nuestra impresionante y moderna casa club de dos pisos. En el interior, nuestro equipo de conserjería lo recibirá y lo registrará, quien puede ayudarlo con la planificación de actividades, alquiler de botes, tours de snorkel, recomendaciones de restaurantes, etc. Nuestra casa club también cuenta con un gimnasio de última generación con sauna y sala de vapor, numerosos salones con televisores de pantalla grande y una sala de juegos con juegos de tejo, billar, mesa de póker y juegos de mesa.


LA CUBIERTA DE LA PISCINA

Justo a las afueras de la Casa Club, puede disfrutar del sol de Florida en nuestra amplia terraza de la piscina mientras disfruta de las diversas comodidades, como una gran piscina climatizada de entrada a la playa, bañera de hidromasaje, mesa de ping pong, hoyo de maíz, muebles de salón, toallas de piscina y sombrillas. Nuestro bar de la piscina está programado para abrir en diciembre de 2018 y serviremos una variedad de bebidas y refrigerios ligeros.


La marina

Más allá de la cubierta de la piscina, en la Bahía de Florida, se encuentra nuestro puerto deportivo de 99 embarcaderos con muelles de concreto con conexiones de agua. El puerto deportivo es supervisado por nuestro dedicado Dockmaster y Dockhands que están aquí para ayudarlo con todas sus necesidades de navegación. Los recibos están disponibles actualmente para alquileres diarios, semanales o mensuales y los descuentos están disponibles para los huéspedes que se alojen en nuestros hogares. Tenga en cuenta que no podemos acomodar motos de agua en el complejo, pero ciertamente podemos proporcionar recomendaciones para las opciones cercanas.

Diseñadas para que disfrutes de la informalidad de los Cayos junto con la comodidad de las comodidades modernas, nuestras casas independientes de 3 pisos y 3 habitaciones están completamente amuebladas y decoradas profesionalmente con un diseño abierto y espacioso.

Residence # 3820 es una casa frente al puerto deportivo con impresionantes vistas de la Bahía de Florida, así como la terraza de la piscina bellamente ajardinada. La casa también incluye una gran terraza en la azotea donde puede relajarse y ver el atardecer todas las noches.

La planta baja de la casa contiene un dormitorio de invitados completo con una cama queen, baño completo en suite y patio privado. Ubicado en el vestíbulo del nivel del suelo, también encontrará un ascensor que le permite acceder fácilmente a los niveles superiores de la casa.

El tercer piso contiene los dos dormitorios restantes, cada uno con una cama tipo y baño completo en suite. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una terraza privada con vistas a la terraza de la piscina con vistas parciales al puerto deportivo, y el dormitorio principal tiene una terraza privada con vistas al puerto deportivo y la bahía.

If there was food available on the grounds, it would have been 100% perfect!

Make this place 18 and over....

Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was good but several things have gone down hill since the last time we stayed there, this was our third visit the last one we stayed for 6 weeks. This was a different unit and it needs updating, wall paper was falling off in bathroom, house smelled musty and the noise upstairs from the fan and air conditioning was extremely loud. It seems the pool was not cleaned as often as prior visits, debris from trees all over seating and in the pool As for the the overall experience this was the worst only due to the fact all the kids that were there, this place should be 18 and over, if we wanted to go and listen to screaming kids or pool toys all over and kids in the hot tub all day we would of gone to Hawks Cay in Duck Key. I would hope that this will be addressed , we talked to several people, some we new from prior visits and they were all disappointed in the number of kids and we all are going to shop around at other locations next time if changes to policy are not done

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was very good and the place was well equipped with good quality pots, pans and everything needed. the resort was quiet and there is nowhere to ea. The policy of not allowing outside guests was a bit stupid and if come by boat there is nowhere to park a rental car. Again unreasonable.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Marlin Bay Resort and especially our marina front unit (#3820). The unit itself and the overall resort was exactly as pictured on their website. What a beautiful home for our family of six (all adults) with lots of space (indoor and outdoor). Thank you for the great vacation that felt very safe (COVID).
