The tastefully furnished open-concept living area encourages quality time spent together, with a two-story wall of west-facing windows for an abundance of natural light and spectacular waterfront and sunset views. Enjoy the added ambiance from the gas fireplace that's perfect for cozy evenings in. Additional features include hardwood floors and soaring ceilings. This fabulous space leads out to your canalfront deck that provides both sun and shade. Back inside, prepare meals at home in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a spacious private bath and direct access to a private waterfront deck, the perfect place to sip your morning coffee. Clean but a few issues

Place was clean; however, there were a few issues. Kitchen is way too small, hard to operate washer/dryer because you have to fight doors to get into laundry area. Hand rails coming into front of house need to be replaced - we all came home with splinters in our hands. The two bathrooms with tubs are just weird. Bathroom large but tub is like that of a cruise ship. None of the seats were comfortable - and not enough seating for more than a family of 4. We love Pirates Cove. And have never stayed in Sextant Village, but probably will again.
