The location provides good access to Mannheim's extensive transit system. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and the complimentary midday pastries and coffee is a really nice touch. The bar staff were great and that was good place to unwind after a busy day. The biggest let down and this is more of a personal thing is the mattress and pillows. The mattress is very hard and firm and the pillows were poor quality so adjusting to a -ve 6 hour time change sleeping on an uncomfortable bed made the adjustment tough.
