The Y2 Residence provided excellent services during my stay. The front desk manager, Lea, satisfied every single needs I required and did it with attentiveness, courtesy, zest and a great smile. She provided one of the best services I've had in all of my years of travelling. Without a doubt, she is a great asset to the hotel. Thank you.

Best option for the huge space you get!

The place is quite dated (online photos must be from years ago when the place was brand new). But for the incredible space you get and the price you pay, Y2 is hard to beat. Not to mention the location. I visited from Vancouver and stayed a week. And had an excellent and comfortable stay. Staff are positively friendly and accommodating. Let me do an early check in. And was even upgraded to the largest suites on the 19th floor. Got quite noisy weekend nights coz it was the VIP / Party floor. But I didn’t mind. Had some parties myself a couple nights. Beds are super comfy. Living room AC broke on my last 2 nights there. They offered to move me. But I opted not to coz it was my last nights there. And the bedroom ACs were adequate enough. Elevators can be quite slow. So be patient. But overall, for the incredible space you get, the location, comfort, friendliness and price, this place is hard to beat. Will def stay here when I visit Makati again. I highly recommend Y2. Two thumbs up.

Not very accommodating. Power went out during must important time. Breakfast not good. Had to walk up and down stairs with no AC. This hotel is 20 stories so you get the idea. We were on 7th and friends were on 17th. Not fun. All we got was a sorry. Actions speak louder than words. Will NEVER stay here or recommend.

Location was good. I spent 300.00 US, so I expected a lot more than I got. 1 towel per person, no hand towel, no face cloth no bath mat, horrible. Put us in a room facing a construction site and blaring music until after midnight

Y2 residences hotel as a location works well but in reality Manila is so dangerous not sure why a person would even go. The hotel itself is ok. We got a 2 bedroom very affordable (about $70 cdn) per night which was pretty good. However, the balcony did not open and the area is under construction. They did have an awesome rooftop pool but be prepared to wait 10-15 mins for the elevator each way. Overall positive stay

Decent place to stay if you're in Makati. Walking distance to most places in Poblacion. This property seems like a hotel/condo. Some of the residents there were super loud from the afternoon til 8 in the morning. And I'm usually not a light sleeper. The aircon is cool, the wifi is reliable. It's affordable. That's about it

Property was around a busy area, with lots of bars and dining options.Rooms were spacious and beds were nice and firm. There were aircondition in all rooms including the living area. Kitchen was ok but no utensils and pots and pans were rusty. Fridge was large and had freezer. Bathroom although large were a bit outdated. Note that the Pool was at the rooftop and you have to climb 3 levels from the lift to get there. Also its not undercover, so will be under the sun if you go during the day. Reception was ok, but declined our request for additional towels, they said is was with additional charge. Complimentary water was also provided daily. Overall good stay. Recommended for families.
