    this place is a huge scam. the details of the hotel advertised on expedia doesnt provide information on covid-19. we booked this hotel due to its location walking distance from st lukes for my my mother in law to do her medical clearance. when getting in contact with this hotel after booking, they said she needs to show a negative covid swab before check in. which is perfectly fine and understandable. this is where it goes downhill... Reddoorz Premium lacks staff lacks understanding of covid-19 and their precautions are horrendously bias with lack of training and medical knowledge. who is providing the protocols should have this provided on their expedia link. The ignorance of not having my mother in law stay at this hotel because she is going to st lukes, even after submitting a negative covid swab at check in, they wanted to place her at another reddoorz location 20 minutes away? i tried getting refund, it has been escalated via expedia, but expedia representatives has not been able to get hold of anyone in reddoorz. so i still havent got my refund yet. expedia also failed in monitoring these hotels covid-19 guidelines before letting them advertise on their site. DO NOT STAY AT REDDOORZ WITH THEIR LACK OF COVID-19 INFORMATION FOR THEIR HOTEL, THEIR, HYPOCRISY AND IGNORANCE ON MANAGEMENT OF COVID-19
