Such a good time... I'm returning in May.

I arrived at 4 AM and the staff were available and very helpful. In fact, they were very helpful throughout my stay which I extended. I will need to be in Binondo again in mid May and I'm about to book another stay.

Room size was small, but adequate. Employees are all courteous and polite. Clean room and facilities. Very affordable rates. They don’t provide toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste. Aside from one minor issue which was quickly resolved (AC was not blowing cold air, so they moved us to a different room), I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall, my stay was good. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and the AC was excellent. I just wished that there's a microwave oven in each room. An extra roll of toilet paper readily available in the bathroom would have been great instead of me asking for it from the front desk.

I would give 5 stars if not for the following: 1) Pillow is too soft 2) Shampoo dispenser cover is broken 3) Remote control is not working due to battery issue. I have to go the reception at L4 to report it and get someone to fix it as there is no intercom or phone in the room.
