Truly beautiful as expected with such a pleasing fragrance when walking into the grandeur lobby filled with carefully selected live plants, theme dressed staff and warm smiles filled with kindest greetings ready to share with you. The check-in staff and management welcomed us with special attention to our reservations and needs. My 81 yo mother most appreciated the staff who remembered her & my father’s last visit less than a year ago. He since passed in December and this was his favorite hotel for the above reasons & so much more.Special thanks to Gerard, front manager, and Zaldy, our server at The Pantry that always take great care of us when we are there! We are so very grateful!

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel and the service is amazing. Friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet is great with a lot of different options to choose from..Will definitely come back again next time we visit the Philippines

LAUNDRY SCAM

Everything was great except….. They some what scam me on the laundry service. The room cleaners ask you if you need laundry done, I was in the CR and my wife said that would be great. She ended up signing a blank piece of paper. At the end it was 235.00 dollars. I spent a lot to stay there for a week, as well we had diner there often. Yet when I expressed my grievance with this bill, the female manger was like oh well, and acted like she didn’t care. A little rude about it. Other than that, it was great. DONT FALL FOR THE LAUNDRY service. 235.00 dollars for a load of laundry for 2 people for about 5 days that is the craziest thing I ever heard. I just don’t understand that and I am left with option to but to believe I got scammed. I won’t go back for this reason. But the staff, just awesome people and nice as can be.

We always stay here when traveling to the Philippines. A small oasis from the hustle and bustle of city life. The breakfast buffet and the large executive suite is what keeps bringing us back. The room service dining menu is also fantastic! Hotel is conveniently located. Staff is pleasant and attentive. Best value in Manila.

Customer Service is top notch. Although Hotel is old and tired in the room, at least it is kept clean. Only and main concern I had was the drinking water supplied in non sealed container in the rooms. Ran into stomach issues during my stay and hope it is not from the water.

I booked a suite room 730 to be exact. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no shower only a soaking tub. Had I known that before I would have selected a different room.
