I was very pleased with the overall service feom the majority of the staff. I was disappointed that there were roaches in the hotel. There was one in my bathroom and then one in the lobby at the elevator door. That is not what o want to see when I pay for a room.

Overall this place was great. The staff were great and the condition of the place was also really nice. The only inconvenience I found was that I’d stay out late at night and would sleep until afternoon sometimes, except that there’s no “do not disturb” sign to leave outside so I’d get woken up at 12 by the room service crew for cleaning. Otherwise great experience.

It’s in a great spot. Close to great bars, clubs and food options. On the main road so can be a bit noisy at times. Wifi was also a bit hit or miss. Could be a server issue. Anyways great value for money and will be back

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. We are from Colombia and live in Sydney Australia. The room was very comfortable and clean. There is a good size lcd screen with YouTube an Netflix.. I have never ever stayed in a hotel with such a good Wi-fi range. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was nice, lots of different choices every day. I will recommend this hotel to any of my family members and friends. Although there are some minor renovations around the building to be done.. but that’s ok.. See you guys on the next trip. Chao amigos….

This property is very convenient to everything, shopping mall, restaurants, you name it, however their bathrooms needs to be upgraded, clean and fix those showers because there was a molds is the bathroom when we check in, and so i ask them to clean it instead of moving to different room because we were so tired from our long flight. another thing the condensation of the aircondition is dripping in front of the door, its not safe.other than that, the staff are helpful, specially at the dining area staff, and the door man. we will come back hoping that they do clean and upgrades their bathroom.
