I like that this property is conveniently situated close to the airport. I also like that there are many walkable restaurants and stores around. As far as I know, there's nothing I didn't like. I will definitely consider booking this hotel in the future.

The lobby is crowded and chaotic; the check in process lack efficiency, system, and organization. It's noisy: the cafe is also crowded. However, the staff are pleasant and helpful to guests. The surrounding areas outside the hotel is terrible, dirty, noisy, crowded.

I was upset that the desk staff would not or could not save some expensive bookings, that the Califorbia fire had preempted us from using. We had to book three new rooms instead of using 560.00 we already paid. It's a great hotel, and the skywalk feature is terrific.

Although the rooms were clean, you can tell that it is an older building. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. They could do more with the coffee and tea set in the rooms. Maybe add soda as complimentary items besides water? It’s much pricier than the other hotels around the area but less appealing.

Everything was nice about this hotel, especially its proximity to Terminal 3. What I am annoyed about is the pre authorization they placed on my credit card at check in on January 12 is still there today on January 27!

What a fantastic hotel. I booked this hotel after not being able to get into another hotel close by. Lucky for me I didn't get in the other hotel as this place was amazing for the price. Staff couldn't do enough for you and the roof top pool and bar were fantastic. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Minila
