Excellent comfortable clean rooms. Well decorated. Hotel is still relatively new. Rooms aren’t huge but big enough for a short stay. Very central to Manchester. Downside no gym.

This was a great central location to explore Manchester. We could safely walk the area, night or day, and it was no problem getting a cab to head out farther. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for places to eat, shop, etc.. My room was so quiet. Blackout curtains made sleeping in easy. Beds were comfortable, and the towels were so luxurious! I highly recommend Malmaison Manchester Deansgate and would stay there again.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was as described and very comfortable. The only downside was the Roof top bar was booked for a private function. We were really looking forward to coming back after our show to have a drink to end our evening. We had a look inside the bar the next morning and it did look lovely. It was a shame we couldn't use during our stay.

Overall 7/10!

Clean, stylish rooms, with a comfortable bed. Air-con was very loud but if you like the white-noise sound will help with your sleep. Bathroom was clean. The rooftop sadly was closed for a private function.

Even though it’s in quite a dirty area, I love this hotel for its comfortable room interesting design and excellent rooftop restaurant. The free cocktail if you pre-order breakfast was really appreciated.. most staff were friendly. I just noted that when I initially told them I was here early I felt the female member of staff was quite dismissive and just bluntly told me there are no rooms available. She did take my suitcase but didn’t tell me that I could wait in the lounge or recommend anywhere. I make a point of this 'cause I then saw her be far more friendly with other people so I felt that service was inconsistent.

Nice hotel in good location and the rooms are nice however the noise in the hotel rooms was terrible! We were in a club room and it was really noisy with music, we couldn’t sleep and phoned reception to ask if we could move to a quieter room. They did so which was good service, but only after asking to come into our room to investigate the noise first. We moved to a room which had to be downgraded and it was still really noisy with lots of road noise, trams and people. They then still tried to charge us the upgraded room price on check out.
