The experience at this hotel was appalling! I wish I could give zero star rating. I travelled to Manchester from London with my daughter for a one week break. I was excited about it and was looking forward to well deserved rest , but instead I became unwell as a result of multiple unpleasant experiences during my stay in this hotel.
The hotel is located in a nice area and it is easily accessible to most places. Sadly , this is the only good thing about this hotel. Leonardo Hotel Piccadilly is a four star hotel but with a zero star customer service and housekeeping. The receptionists are disrespectful and unhelpful except for a particular one called Malik . They lack courtesy and hospitality which are both vitally important for businesses such as thi.The room we stayed in was neglected. For the duration of our stay , I literally had to beg for the bins to be emptied on a daily basis. The bedsheets were not changed even though I requested for them to change the sheets. They simply flipped over the duvet just to make it appear that it was changed . I had to purchase my own handwash on the third day.
I became seriously unwell on the fourth day and could not leave my room until we checked out . I made a serious complaint to the management and a 30% refund was processed to compensate me for the awful experience.
Please avoid this hotel like a plague! Nothing about this hotel is good except for the location. I struggle to believe that this is indeed a four star hotel.
