    We had the most amazing experience at Treehouse Manchester. The restaurant/bar on premises, called Pip, was top notch. The staff, food and drinks, as well as the atmosphere, were perfect.

    This is a great hotel in the heart of Manchester. It’s got a great design look - an eclectic urban meets nature vibe. Staff are friendly. The bedrooms are spotless. Beds comfy and bathrooms clean and rooms included games and books. We travelled with our 11 year old son and I’m not sure I’d recommend this hotel for families with kids. We opted for a spacious studio room but despite the booking making clear we had a child, the sofa bed was not made up (this was however fixed as soon as we called down). Service at breakfast took a very long time which meant my kid was getting hangry as everything is a La carte. Then everything came at once. The allowance (if you’re going for B&B) was not quite sufficient and toast, cappuccino and cereal from the menu a bit meagre portion-wise. Granola yogurt dish was lovely. Overall, good stay but more suited for adults only and breakfast service and portions could be better.

    Superb Hotel with amazing staff

    What a lovely hotel with some of the best staff I have come across. My partner and I were celebrating 4 years together and they couldn't have made us feel any more special. The room and hotel are beautiful with a wood and eco-friendly theme. The staff were all super friendly, helpful and just amazing I honestly cannot fault the hotel at all, it's just amazing and I will definitly be back

    Lovely space but quite impractical.

    I booked a room for 3 people so myself and two daughters could stay together for one evening. The room was however only equipped for 2 people (two cups set of towels etc) It took til around 6.30pm after requesting at reception upon arrival and having to call down again at about 6pm for the sofa bed to be made up for one of my daughters. Practically really awkward to make a cup of tea as had to move a kettle from a high shelf in a cupboard to plug it in on the edge of a table .. as this only place the plug would reach. The metal cups also very impractical as they become so hot. Would have loved a coffee but there were no instructions as to use the machine. Also only one little bottle of milk so only enough for one of us to have a cup of tea on the evening and the next morning. We were looking forward to a meal at the hotel. We had one drink and a snack in the pip bar on arrival but there wasn’t really any detail on the menu for us to make choices fully due to a few allergen issues. There were no guides to the hotel or facilities such as where to go or eat, no prices for food, whether that was for the restaurant or snacks and drinks in the room. We tried to get to the roof bar but couldn’t .. not sure if it is even open. Tried to ask at the lobby but too busy. We ended up getting some food from a local shop to eat in the room, but there were only two stools available to sit on. Did not appreciate a service charge being added to my bill on checkout.. felt obliged to pay it

    A really fantastic stay! Nothing was too much trouble, the hotel itself is fabulous and the location couldn’t be better! There is a new padel court just opened next door which was brilliant - a definite recommendation!

    We loved the eco wood and retro feel to the hotel, we did eat dinner and breakfast in the PIP restaurant which was very good and tasty. Already recommended the hotel to a few friends, If you love a hotel that has a quirky look but very tastefully done then this is for you.

    This place is incredible. It’s so fresh, modern, quirky and absolutely beautiful inside. The smell, the decor and the little touches from rubber ducks to a real cuckoo clock in the room (goes off at 9:00). The rooms are adorable and so cosy, we loved every inch of this place! Highly recommend and this was certainly a highlight of our short Manchester visit, we would definitely return and book here again. Thank you Treehouse 👌
