I, actually we (Myself and nine other adults) are very disappointed with this location and the office staff. When we arrived and walked into the condo (11:PM after business hours) we had to use our flashlights because several light bulbs were burnt out. After going to the grocery store to purchase new bulbs and replacing the old ones, we found the living room couch pull out bed was missing springs. Thus, two people in my party had to sleep on the floor. If that wasn’t bad enough, the upstairs bathroom plumbing was clogged to the point water was overflowing from the toilet.The condo itself was clean, however it was in outdated and very used. There were holes were in the carpet from burning embers. The icing on the proverbial cake was that after telling the staff at the reservation bureau, they said they would “Open an investigation” and let me know the results within a week. It’s been three weeks and I still haven’t heard from them. I have an annual event, and I have used this agency for several years. I need to reserve a place for the 2022 event, and I am strongly considering using a different agency, or enrolling/investing into a timeshare corporation.
