There are beautiful views in all directions, across the surrounding vineyards and olive groves, towards Mt Ventoux and the Dentelles mountains. Now adapted to modern living, it makes a perfect, beautiful holiday base within 5 minutes by car of all amenities in Malaucene.
The house can comfortably accommodate 8 people in 3 doubles and 1 twin bedroom, all with en-suite shower or bathroom. South facing and sunny, with easy inside-outside access and ample shade during the heat of the day. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and ground floor communal space. Cosy woodburning stoves for winter months...
Languish by the pool, bbq, play 'boules' and savour the local fresh Provencale products from a number of local markets. Close to good cafés, shops and restaurants in Malaucene and Vaison la Romaine. Visit Avignon or the nearby perched villages - Crestet, Sablet, Seguret, Gigondas, Gordes. Try wines at famous Cote du Rhone domaines, or explore the Roman remains of Vaison la Romaine or Orange. Superb cycling area - close to Mt Ventoux, the property adjoins one of the most scenic bike routes in Europe.
