Mostly good.
First, the good. Everything was either brand new or had just been updated. The property was clean, and we might have been the first guests ever. The listing was accurate, and there was plenty of room, reliable WiFi, plenty of pillows; and a great air conditioner. Not so good: I wrote to the owners to inquire about the fishing and check in but never received a reply, and still haven’t. We saw nobody else fishing, and we didn’t see any signs of fish despite sustained efforts. The listing promised WiFi instructions. There were none. There was one trash bag and only three bath towels for our four guests. And one of the two couches seemed to be assembled wrong because it was new but clearly not suitable for sitting and seemed to have not been tested at all. The guys of the house seem fine, and the price is right. But towels and trash bags and communication is important. Four stars seems high, but my hope is that the kinks are worked out before the second guest.
