• 4WD/AWD Required in Winter: During the winter months (Nov. 1st - Mar 31st) and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended.
• Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended. During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the outdoor fire pit, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Please be aware at this time there is no A/C at this property.
