Beautiful fully renovated apartment in the heart of the capital's city centre, just a few metres from Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía, the quintessential artery of Madrid's cultural scene, and only ten minutes from Chueca and Malasaña.



It features a living-dining room. Adjacent to this, an open-plan kitchen with all the necessary equipment to cover all needs. At the end of the hallway, a total of two bedrooms make up the space, the last one being spacious and divided into two areas - one area with a double bed and the other with two single beds - and with an en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom also has a double bed. An additional bathroom completes the apartment.
