It is a practical and functional 23 m2 street-facing apartment ideal for up to two guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



It is located on the second floor and the building has a lift.



The accommodation is distributed in a single, spacious, modern and sunny space with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding and a pleasant balcony to the street.



The apartment has air conditioning with cold/heat split, space to store your belongings, television and a small dining table.



You have a modern bathroom with hydro-massage shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 2 people and other usual utensils.



To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
